Kwality Educational Society for Blind

A strong will survives all odds. What is required is a will to do....a strong will to face challenges and rise above the rest. A group of strong willed individuals forming Kwality Educational Society for Blind, Indore started Madarsa Noor Research Institute for Blind on 16th November 2011. It is world's 5th and India's 1st institute for learning Quran through Braille for blind students.

There are no enough facilities available for the sight deprived children in the society. When we gathered the huge figure of these children, the very thought sparked our hearts and minds to begin Madarsa Noor Research Institute for Blind. By pious blessings of Allah, Madarsa Noor Research Institute for Blind was established with a noble view to connect them to the mainstream society through providing contemporary education and vocational training.

To show the light of possibilities in the dark world of these children, who would better understand their requirements than someone who is sight impaired. We are extremely proud that the Secretary of Madarsa Noor Research Institute for Blind, Miss Rabiya Khan is herself visually impaired and she has fought her own battle against blindness. She is a Law graduate and converted Quran into Arabic Braille for the blind children so as to enlighten them on the valuable teachings scripted in Quran.

In the words of Hellen Keller, "I long to accomplish a great and noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish small tasks as if they were great and noble." We started small. By the sacred duas of kind hearted people, we are now a family of confident individuals who have learnt to transform their disability into special ability and be nothing less than "living examples" themselves. They have started their journey and many more are still joining the karwaan. Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore penned, "where the mind is without fear and the head is held high...." We endeavour to lead these sight impaired children into a world full of light teeming with opportunities where they can live with dignity and Inshallah! We will!

VISION:
We envision to transform the sight impaired children to specially abled individuals who can live with utmost dignity and self esteem.

MISSION:
Our mission is to educate blind students and provide them contemporary education and vocational training. Our mission is to enlighten them with religious scriptures and Quran of which they are otherwise deprived of. We aim to generate concern and create merciful understanding for these children of Allah.
